The folks of Realtor.com compiled a list of the top 10 most popular homes for sale in Orange County on their Web site (from last week). The homes are tracked within 20% of the median list price for the county, which is $625,000. Popularity is measured by online peeks at various houses.
Irvine dominated the top 10 list the last time we showcased the most popular homes, and Huntington Beach didn’t even make the cut.
