90%. thats pretty crazy.
I know there was an article posted here about how some investors picked up some condos in FL for around 90% off. If this becomes more common we might have to start a club or some association for the speculators that gave it their best shot and lost 90%. They’ll get free tshirts hats or some razorblades. Kinda like in Vegas where they always comp the loosers. Discounts on rooms, meals etc. Its only right you give a little back.
Maybe some of these educated students will make there way to OC or California in general. Even though our unemployment rate’s are high also, it would be nice to try and offset the amount of illegals we have or will have..
