Realtors from Norwalk and from Huntington Beach will lead Orange County’s two largest Realtor Associations during 2009.
Cheri Kelley of Home Town Realty in Norwalk was named president of the Pacific West Association of Realtors, which covers portions of Orange and southeast Los Angeles counties, the association reported. She replaces Terry Robertson, a Prudential California Realty broker, also from Norwalk.
Phil Jones of Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance in Long Beach is the president-elect, former board president Bill Nelson of Signature Properties of O.C. will be the secretary-treasurer, and Geoff McIntosh of Main Street Real Estate in Long Beach is the new vice president.
The Pacific West association, headquartered in Anaheim, is the state’s largest local Realtor group, with more than 12,000 members, the association said. Pacific West’s O.C. membership is based primarily in inland cities.
Mary Jane Cambria
The Orange County Association of Realtors, which has just over 11,000 members, swore in Huntington Beach Realtor Mary Jane Cambria of Star Real Estate as its 2009 president on Friday. Its members include portions of coastal Orange County and South County. She replaces Don Readinger, of Readinger Real Estate Services in San Juan Capistrano.
Gary Macrides will serve as president-elect and past president Cas Pinkowski will be the 2009 treasurer.
Rob Norquest of HÔM Real Estate Group will be the 2009 president of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors, and Wayne Woodyard of Coldwell Banker’s Laguna Beach North office will return for another term as president of the Laguna Beach Board of Realtors.
