Now you can be an even nosier neighbor! SoCal home trackers now have access to practically real-time home-sale data, according to Southern California’s Multiple Listing Service (SoCalMLS) and Realtor.com. According to a press release

  • Consumers can now see actual sales prices from closed deals within 24 hours of a sale.
  • The SoCalMLS’ sold properties will be displayed within Realtor.com’s “Find Home Values” feature.
  • “If you’re basing a real estate decision on old or out-of-date information, you risk making a poor decision with potentially significantfinancial consequences,” said Realtor.com’s president, Errol Samuelson.
  • Other cities enjoying such quick data include Atlanta, Las Vegas, Northern Ohio, Tucson and Northeast Florida.
